Dell’s brand new netbook computer called the Inspiron Mini 9 is getting ready to be sold with mobile broadband built-in by Vodafone. Dell has steadily been growing in the netbook market and this new addition is expected to be better then the rest.

It weighs a mere 1 kilogram and is built with an 8.9” LED display. It has been equipped with an SSD (solid state disk) that is used for storage and holds up to 16Gbytes. The broadband connection used in the Vodafone version supports HSPA (high-speed packet access).

Dell produced their top of the line studio laptops only a few short weeks ago. When this happened we knew to expect the Studio Hybrid to emerge not long afterwards and we were not disappointed. Dell has released details concerning the new ‘eco-friendly’ desktop.

Dell has equipped the new computer with Core 2 Duo option - which will still allow it to keep the power draw below 65W. We are assuming that the system will use Intel’s Centrino 2 notebook platform.
